[IP addresses have been obscured for security]

When I send emails, the Sender IP address is shown as 23.xxx.xxx.xxx on the recipient mail server instead of 104.xxx.xxx.xxx.

23.xxx.xxx.xxx is blacklisted on dnsbl-1.uceprotect.net (http://www.uceprotect.net/en/index.php?xxx) RBL database.

As a result, my emails are not delivered to the recipient.

Please refer to IP-Information on http://www.uceprotect.net/en/rblcheck.php

Your IP 23.xxx.xxx.xxx is part of

AS

54641 INMOTI-1, US

and the Networks 23.xxx.xxx.xxx/20 23.xxx.xxx.xxx/22

Reverse DNS (PTR) exists and claimes to be: se2b-xxxcom

Forward DNS for se2b-iad1.servconfig.com is: 23.xxx.xxx.xxx

DNS is consistent.

Kindly advise.

Anop

Hello Anop,

Sorry for the issue with the email server being blacklisted. Email server IP addresses are not necessarily the same as your IP address.  I recommend that you contact our live technical support team for additional support regarding the blacklist issue. They can work to get the email server de-listed.  They would need a copy of your bounce-back with the information about the server being blacklisted. You can find more information on why mail servers get blacklisted along with a link for requesting a delisting by clicking on this link.

If you have any further questions or comments, please let us know.

Kindest Regards,

Arnel C.
